The Edit

A half-day with what you already own: rearranged, restyled, and a short list of what's missing.

  1. Listen

    We walk your home and hear how you actually live in it — where you read, where the bags get dropped, what annoys you daily.

  2. Compose

    One direction, presented in full: floor plan, palette, every major piece. We revise until you'd defend it yourself.

  3. Install

    Ordering, freight, trades and the two-day install. You leave in the morning; the house is different by dinner.

Practical matters.

What does a project really cost?+

Design fees start at $2,400 a room design-only and $6,500 full service. Furnishing budgets are separate and set by you — we've done beautiful rooms at $15k and at $150k.

How long does it take?+

Design takes three to five weeks. Full-service installs land eight to sixteen weeks after approval, mostly set by furniture lead times.

Will it look like 'your style' or mine?+

Yours, edited. Our fingerprint is restraint — the mix is built from how you live and what you already love.

Can we keep some of our furniture?+

Please. The best rooms have history in them. We'll tell you honestly which pieces earn their place.

Do you work outside the city?+

Design-only travels anywhere. Full service stays within a two-hour drive so our install crew can do it properly.
